Our Process
Register for our Services
Our services are completely FREE to all of our DME Suppliers. We like you to register with our company as we send out frequent emails pertaining to the industry and updates from our company that will help your business directly. The registration is simple, visit our Register Page, and fill out the form as one of our friendly representatives will contact you with your user account information.
Market your Referral Sources
Now that your company has an account, you have access to our customizable marketing support. Here we provide your organization with all the tools necessary to teach and market your new & existing referral sources. Since this diagnostic procedure is so new, there will be many physicians that need to be educated on the process and how to properly order a HST. Don't worry though, ADSI will be here every step of the way to make this program as beneficial as possible to your company.
There are two forms that will help you out the most. The first is our Home Sleep Test (HST) Referral Form. This form has every piece of criteria that insurance companies look for prior to any sleep test being ordered. Simply inform the physician/practitioner that the items in the Required Face-to-Face Exam section are the most important parts prior to ordering the sleep test. The second tool is our Signs & Sypmtoms review form that goes through HISH RISK patients and informs physicians/practitioners on who they should be looking out for and evaluating. This is a great tool to educate physicians and practitioners about which patients are at HIGH RISK for Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA).
The Sleep Test: Scheduling & Testing
Once our office receives the prescription, we then verify and validate all information. After the order has gone through this process, we then contact the patient to notify them of the sleep kit and go over the instructions and how the test will arrive and how they can send it back. Once the patient agrees to receiving and completing the sleep test, we ship it via USPS with a prepaid return label that the patient can stick in their mailbox after completing the sleep test.
The patient will receive our testing equipment within 2 - 3 days with everything needed to complete the test in their home. We provide an unprecedented 24/7 telephone support while the patient has our testing device to ensure a quality test.
