How it works?

Order

Our facility accepts multiple types of prescriptions. We have created a dedicated overnight oximetry prescription that meets all state and federal guidelines. If this form is not filled out we can accept any traditional type of prescription as well as your own DME/HME Prescription. The two items that are required however are the prescription with applicable diagnosis codes and the patients demographics to completely process the oximetry request.
  • Fax the signed prescription to our office.
  • We process & validate the prescription to allow you to deliver the pulse oximeter.
  • As an added service we can enter your patients into the system to save you time & money.

Test

Once our facility processes the prescription and your patient is entered into our system, you will then be ready to test you patient. There are two forms you must deliver to you patient, the Assignment of Benefits (AOB) and the IDTF provided testing instructions. Once you have the test picked up from the patient it will be downloaded and processed by our facility where you will then print out a final report. We automatically fax a copy to the ordering physician once the test has been processed.
  • Drop off the testing equipment with our patient forms.
  • Pick-up the equipment the following day and log in to our system.
  • Download the oximetry data to our HIPAA compliant servers for validation and tech edit.
  • Print the Final Oximetry Report from your online account.

Deliver

Now that you have a completed report and if your patient qualifies for home oxygen, the patient can now have their equipment delivered after receiving a prescription from the physician's office. Our process has been streamlined so that there are no headaches when testing and qualifying patients for their home oxygen.
  • Receive oxygen prescription from Physician.
  • Deliver and set-up oxygen for patient.
  • Monitor compliance and report to physician.
ADSI Billing & Executive Dashboard
Once the oximetry data has been completed it is then sent through our billing department. The current Medicare allowable for CPT Code 94762 is $24.57 for our region. Most Medicare Patient co-pays are roughly $6.00 and our private pay fee for patient’s insurances that do not cover the service or simply do not have insurance is $28.00 (prices subject to change) per oximetry upload.

Our Executive Dashboard is set up for revenue generating and maximizing efficiency. While logged into the dashboard you will be able to track key referring physicians, oxygen qualification statistics and soon to come our AdvancedSleep tracking system for HST referrals and patients that may need sleep tests based on their ODI from our Oximetry Report.
